Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
Limitry is run by Omsome L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Omsome", "we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Limitry and its website, and what we do with it.
Two roles
For your account, your workspace and our website, we decide how personal data is used, so we are its controller.
For the data your product sends to Limitry through checks (the subject ids, action names and amounts), we act on your instructions as yourprocessor. You decide what to send. We ask you to send opaque ids, such as usr_123, rather than names or email addresses. We can sign a data processing agreement on request.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, a hash of your password, and two-factor settings if you turn them on.
- Workspace details: workspace names, members, roles, invitations, and the limits, keys and webhook endpoints you create.
- Data your product sends: the subject kinds and ids, action names and amounts in each check, and the counts we keep from them. Limitry never receives the work behind a check, such as prompts, model output or files.
- Billing details: your plan and subscription status. Card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser details and request records, used to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- Website analytics: page views, measured without cookies and without identifying you.
Cookies
We use one kind of cookie: the one that keeps you signed in to the app. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To provide Limitry: answer checks, show usage, send the emails the service needs (such as invitations and usage alerts).
- To keep it secure and working: detect abuse, investigate problems.
- To bill you, if you're on a paid plan.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To tell you about important changes to Limitry or these terms.
We don't sell personal data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't use your data to train AI models.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interest in keeping Limitry secure and improving it; complying with the law; and your consent where we ask for it.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of providers to run Limitry: Cloudflare (hosting, networking, analytics), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments). They process data only to provide their service to us. The current list is on our Security page. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to a buyer if Omsome's business is sold, under this policy.
These providers operate in several countries. Where data leaves the country it came from, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Account and workspace data: while your account or workspace exists.
- Usage history: as long as your plan keeps it (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, 13 months on Growth).
- When you delete your account or a workspace, we delete its data. Copies in backups expire within 30 days.
- We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct or delete it, to export it, or to stop a use you object to. Most of this you can do yourself in the app: edit your profile, or delete your account. For anything else, write to legal@limitry.com, and we'll reply within 30 days.
If the people in your product's checks (your users) ask about their data, please contact us and we'll help you answer them.
You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the authority in your EU country.
Who Limitry is for
Limitry is a service for businesses, and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account owners before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the last change.
